Hi If the baby is on exclusive breastfed no need to worry Passing 10 to 12 times watery stools is absolutely normal only  if the baby is actively feeding and gaining weight. Stop all the medications which you are using continue only vitamin d3

Hi. If the baby is active, feeding well and passing urine adequately, nothing to worry
