I have a 4 month 10 days boy baby. He is showing more interest in food . His birth wait doubled and he has a better head control. My question is can I start give him water and fruit purée?? If yes how much is recommended?? At present I m breastfeed to him. Please suggest.

Please continue breastfeeding for 6months the weight is increasing good it is doubled after 5 months of age Nothing till 6months
