4 hour old wounds touch blood HIV risk

Sir I had 4 hour old wounds (not that big but skins were removed) in my foot. At evening I had visited massage parlor for foot massage. My doubt that massager also some cut or bleeding on hand and touch my wound. is any HIV risk.
