37 weeks pregnant

Hi i m 37weeks pregnant. I m taking iron calcium tablet daily from 2days I m taking monocef-o cv also my doctor suggested to take for 5days it's my 3rd day of taking tablet from morning onwards I m feeling burning sensation on my bump. Is it happening inside my stomach or on my skin I m not understanding but it is very too much of burning please help me out why it is happening? Thank you.
