  4. 31weeks 4days pregnancy. Is it normal?

Hi, im in 31weeks and 4days of my pregnancy today morning at 4.30am when i got up for washroom felt icthy in lower abdomen i can  say 6-7 inch below belly button (panty elastic area) after itching got 3-4 small pimples is it normal?
