3 yrs old not drinking milk
Dear Sir / Mam , Please note that my 3.4 yrs old daughter suffered from Viral and Seasonal Flu 5 days ago. Since then , she has stopped drinking milk. She doesn't eat Paneer , curd and cheese also. I am really worried as to how will she get her nutrition from. Please advice. Best regards Rishika

Greetings. Relax is word to use in your case . Give egg, bhujji, dal , rajma, black head lentils . They sre very rich in proteins minerals and  and antioxidents. Serve her carrot , tomatoes, beet root. With very high antioxidants. Serve dark milk chocolates. Serve Cacao chocolate or powser in milk. Use nuts. , but use after grinding. , otherwise there is fear of aspiration. Lots fruites and veg. Use Kale., it is green veg with highiest antioxides. Take care of mosquito to prevent malaria and dengue. Don't forget immunization. .any problem , contact us we are available with prior appointments.

Milk, curd, paneer is not a major source of nutrition. She will take time to recover from viral illness and her appetite too will return. Be patient and try giving foodstuff of choice which also gives nutrition. Will get better with time.
