Dear Sir / Mam ,
Please note that my 3.4 yrs old daughter suffered from Viral and Seasonal Flu 5 days ago.
Since then , she has stopped drinking milk.
She doesn't eat Paneer , curd and cheese also.
I am really worried as to how will she get her nutrition from.
Please advice.
Best regards

Milk, curd, paneer is not a major source of nutrition. She will take time to recover from viral illness and her appetite too will return. Be patient and try giving foodstuff of choice which also gives nutrition. Will get better with time.
