  4. 3 YR SPEAKING, WRITING PROBLEM. We say.

3 YR SPEAKING, WRITING PROBLEM
MY 3 YRS OLD SON SEEMS LITTLE SLOW THAN OTHER KIDS, CANNOT SPEAK MUCH PROPERLY, CAN'T SING ALL THE POEMS, HE TRIES FEW OF THEM BUT IT IS NOT CLEAR. SAME THING IS IN WRITING SOME NUMBERS HE CANNOT WRITE. I FEEL HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND MANY THINGS WE SAY.
