3 year old with labored breathing, cough

Asked for Male, 3 Years

Three year old with a forceful exhale that comes with a wheeze 25% of the time. It happens multiple times a minute and gets significantly worse at bedtime. It comes with a cough and a significant increase in drool. The breathing doesn't seem to change with exercise or any other environment for that matter. It's been constant for two plus months,
