  4. 3 year old vomiting , not taking food.

3 year old vomiting , not taking food
My 3 year son not well, not taking food past 2 Days . Consulted with doctor, given prescribed medicines. No improvement, doctor directed not to take milk. But he is taking only milk and vomiting. Medicines: Ondansetron, Ofloxacin ( if loose motion), Prebiotic probiotic & electrol. Please advise.
