3 year old's leg swollen below knee
My son injured himself while jumping on the bed. Not sure what really happened but his shin area (between knee and ankle) is a bit swollen and painful. Please help

Considering the injury, it is most Likely he would have had a crack in the bone, which is causing the pain and swelling. An x-ray will help in diagnosis. He may need a plaster for a few weeks for comfort. Go to emergency department or an Orthopaedician.
