3 times high count of SGPT/ GGT
Hi, I recently did a full body check up and found out that my SGPT & GGT count is 3 times higher. Also the count of lymphocytes and neutrophils are higher than limits. I consulted a doctor immediately and admitted that I drink twice a week , eat meat often , coffee etc. He told me to change lifestyle and prescribed Nexpro 40 Tablets and some Vitamins. It's been 6 days and I have changed my diet, mindset , physical activity etc but Iam really worried about the health complications and Iam being very pessimistic. I want to know if I change my lifestyle completely, will it be fine or there is a sign of a bigger trouble underneath. Please suggest what shall I do. Regards
