My 3 months baby is on formula milk but from 2 days when he feeds then he does potty after feed or during feed.what is the reason behind this??

Is it loose semisolid or watery
If watery can give enterogermina
If semisolid nothing to worry just wait and watch for adjustment of baby to milk powder
