3 months into viral hepatitis
I was Diagnosed with viral hep in aug first week. Bil was 4, sgpt 144 and sgpt 347. Tests for Hep A, B, E and C done on aug 2nd week showed negative, my doctor said it was some other form of viral hepatitis. Usg was also normal. By sep mid test results were almost normal, Bilurubin 1.2, sgot 25 nd sgpt 35. But since then it hs risen again to bil 1.6 sgot 37 and sgpt 47 as of nov 1. I was assuming it would hve had settled below 1 by now. Before Hepatitis, my norml range of bil was below 1 always. I am having a lot of stiffness in my joints and energy levels considerably drop after a day in office and feel a lot of fatigue. Apetite is normal although i am restraining from eating non veg food. I was thinking if starting exercise could help overcome fatigue and lower my bil levels. Please advise.
