Hello, the child's weight is appropriate for their age. It's important to promote breastfeeding for the first six months of life. If the child is having difficulty with breastfeeding, formula can be considered. For any concerns about illness or delaying vaccinations, please consult a pediatrician in person. Thank you.

Pediatrician after examination, would decide whether or not vaccines should be postponed. Cold, mild cough are not contra indications for vaccinations. Don't postpone by yourself. There's no medicine to delay dentition dear. A direct examination is required to see if there are any other abnormalities too. 4.9kg is a good weight for a 3 month old. So, if he's having direct breast milk, why do you want to give formula feed. Consult for increasing milk supply if you have noticed amy decrease.

You're confused with months, 3 months don't get so many teeth. Regarding vaccination only fever stop, if no continue as scheduled. Meet paediatric dentist for a condition called premature dentition. Hope this helps
