I have 3 grade vericocele and 2mil sperm count I am and 10% motility take a medical treatment fertisure M and clomiphene for three month but no any improvement plz give me a suggestion

You have to treat varicocele first and after varicocele treatment you have to test your semen analysis again after that if required then take treatment for semen count.

The condition you have described...is really a tough one to treat with medication unless u have hormonal issue. Share ur hormone reports... testosteroneFSH, LH, PRL and do a testicular biopsy.
