My son, Age 3.5 years, weight 25Kg, having Cough which feeling difficulty to breathing. litil bit cold and liquid comming from nose.

He s suffering from common cold. Start nasivion p drops 2 drops each nostril twice aday for 3 days. Start syrup. Tusqplus 5ml thrice a day Start. T.calpol 500mg half tab SOS for fever.
