Pls find enclosed pic of my 2year old daughter.There is a skin rash in left hand is ot due to insect bite or any skin infection.pls advise for remedies

Use Cetaphil cleansing lotion for bath daily
After bath apply Physiogel lotion all over body followed by Flutivate cream on affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks
