Hello Dr I just did full body check up and all  blood reports will be coming tomorrow. But i got echo scan report I have attached plz Dr said there is some serious  issues but i did not understand properly. I am uder bp medication Tazloc 40 Sorry i am unable to attach the report  in report it's like (chambers: left ventricle : mild concentric lvh+) And grade 1dystolic dysfunction Plz Dr let me is this cause sudden death heart attak

Hi, First of all you should relax. Mild LVH with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction is almost normal. It won’t cause a heart attack. You should control your BP as you are very young and we are expecting at least another 40 hrs of survival. If your BP is not below 130/80 then your heart will be under constant pressure to pump against a high BP so it’s muscle will thicken gradually over period of time. You are in an early stage and if your lifestyle and medication are proper there will be no progress of the disease. But the current ECHO is normal.
