My spouse received 2nd degree burn while cooking, hot oil spilled on her leg. Immediately she cooled her leg with tap water and received first aid from nearby hospital. Now the blisters are opened and fluid is drained out.Daily dressing is happening, she had 10 tablets of Cefoprim-500 initially. As of today no infection. Doctor said this is a mixed burn with some areas having more than superfacial burn. Please advise next course of action ?
