2d echo: Type 2 LV Diastolic Dysfunction
HELLO DOCTORS, Need your expert advice... My mom is 55 yrs of age and is suffering from Hypothyroidism since last 15 years. Recently her TSH has come to 25 and Anti Thyroglobulin Antibodies has come to 230 wherein the normal range is within 4. Even the calcium and phosphorus levels are high. Phosphorus is 7.9 and Calcium is 10.1 We got her 2d echo as well done and reports are mentioned some type 2lv diastolic dysfunction. ECG also shows consider possible ischemia. Enclosed are all the reports for your ref. Plz suggest the next course of action . Cholesterol level is 203.
