This echo shows abnormalities- the The heart is dilated And needs to start medication. Kindly consult cardiologist for assessment evaluation and initiation of medications. Di Dilation of heart could be due to multiple causes, hence various blood reports, ECG, if necessary coronary angiography will help to find out cause and necessary treatment.

Next Steps

Fluid restriction is to be followed. Salt restriction with no added salt. Regular weight check.
