2D Echo Report. Normal Sized LV Mild Concentric LVH/No LV RWMA Good LV Function Normal Chambers Mild MR: no MS No LV CLOT/NO PE Can you suggest me How is the condition. 2 Years back she got brain stroke, not we have taken the MRI, now clots dissolved. and Since 2.5 years onwards using Acitrom 3 mg and PT INR is 1.91 (Today Result). Can you suggest me the patient condition, can we go for pregnancy, If i go, any serious condition to my Heart.

She is has developed stroke at young age, there are specific cause to have stroke at this age in female- vasculitis, thrombophilias std. As echo is more or less normal, does not look cardio emboli c stroke. She need to consult a neurologist and rheumatologist Dr. As she is on anticoagulation her treatment need to me modified if plans pregnancy, accepting the slight risk of 're event as pregnancy is procoagulant condition predispose to clot makingcondition in vessels, more commonly brain and lower limbs and worse situation uterine artery involment also
