Hi im 25week 5days pregnant... im noticing mild pain in belly button whenever i move sit and stand...is it common?

Yr uterus may be felt above the upper margin of belly button.
The baby is growing so that's causing stretching of uterus
Hot water bag fomentation will help you out further dear
Or if sevre pain can take dolo 650 mg 1 tab sos if nkt allergiic to paracetamol.
