Yes Paracetamol 500mg tablets can be taken. But please get your blood pressure checked? Do you have pedal edema i.e swelling of feet and ankles?

Yes you can take, no problem. It should be 500 mg tablet taken as and when required but should be avoided if headache is tolerable.
