20 wks usg shows slight dilatation of atrium of lateral ventricle in brain. size 10.6mm, after 7 days report is same and all other structure in brain are normal. sulcogyral pattern normal. what should we do. You can continue the pregnancy,but with regular scans with 3weeks interval,as the value is near upper limit of normal.with single scan and with all other things normal,you can not take decision to terminate pregnancy.but you need regular follow up.
