Hi, I don't know what is wrong but my period cycle is badly affected. Last to last month I did not have my periods where as in March i had periods twice on 11.03 then 22.03 for 4 days with little flow. But again a havoc on 29.03 and still continuing.. I am worried..Periods always cause head ache and I have to take pain killers for it!

Hello, Hello Significant weight gain or loss,Overexercise,Poor nutrition (or a diet too high in carbohydrates) Eating disorders Increased stress,Polycystic ovarian syndrome,Estrogen dominance,Uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis) are the causes for irregular periods. Complete examination ,investigation ,is required for diagnosis .Consult gynecologist
