My daughter suffering from common cold from yesterday but in today morning it's a little bit higher so pls suggest some medicine or alternate method for the baby

Greetings, you can give snic syrup 2ml-2ml-2ml*3days and NASOCLEAR nasal drops 1 drops Each nostrils three times a day and paracetamol if Fever present.. kindly book  Consultation if needed.
