If you get it done in a government hospital its free. In private it can be on the discretion of the doctor. Medicines cost approximately around Rs. 1000. Do consult a gyenacologist before taking medicines. Many a times there are sever side effects including bleeding which doesn't stops. If after taking medicine abortion is not complete then it has to be removed by a gyne via DIalatation & Curettage.
