2 month old not pooping
My baby is two months old. He is on mixed feed. Pee count is normal. However since Friday he has not pooped and only passes smelly farts. Please advise.

Child till 6 months of age can pass motion once in 7 days also and that is normal. So continue feeding. Urine frequency should be 6 to 8 times in a day.
Danger signs: stomach distension, vomiting, not taking feeds or irritable.
