  4. 2 miscarrage. Please tell me what i do?

I m 23 years old ..i have had 2 miscarriage 4 month ago..my torch report is 3 virus positive and tyroid sugar r normal ....so after 4 month i m trying for next baby so now please tell me what i do ??1 dr said wait 1 mnth more and 2 nd dr said dont west time u take a chance so i m confused .... now I have mild back pain and abdomen pain
