My two Dominant follicles ruptured together . Left ovary 18 mm and right 19.13 . They raptured together yesterday Before follicle I took letrozole 2.5 Mg with three Menotos injections and I had mature Follicles . Today I started Dupaston twice a day How many chances I have for pregnancy Please let me know
