2.5 yrs old balanoposthitis not curing

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have balanoposthitis since 2.5 years. Consulted multiple top dermatologists, tried onabet, eumosone m, tacmod, pacroma and anti-fungal oral meds but nothing is working. Tired of this problem. Don't know what to do next. Want to avoid circumcision as much as possible. Please help.
