2.5 year kid heart rate around 120bpm
Hi my kid is having very fast heart rate around 20 beats in 10 seconds. Is this normal? He doesn't falls sick often and he is very active kid with normal height and weight.

You are not  mentioned  , your  kids  age.. New born baby  normally  have  heart  rate of  140  per  minute  average. As they  grow   ,the heat rate  will  be coming  down  till 80 per minute  in Adult.

Hi ! Actually the normal range of heart rate are different in different age groups. It also varies with activity. Since you haven't mentioned the age of yr child, if he is active playfull and there's no signs of sickness then no need to worry about it
