1st iui failure. Overweight pls suggest!

Hello Dr. I am married from last 3 years problem in conceiving done all tests for myself including hsg all reports are normal my husband also done his semen analysis that is also very good but we can't able to conceive went to Dr. She told it's unexplained fertility I might have problem in my cervical mucus will be the reason for not conceiving so we should go for iui Dr. Told we also tried for iui in my last cycle Dr. Gave me letoval tablet from 3rd day of my cycle to 8th day after 8th day to 12th day my follicular study happened and she told us that follicle r growing on 11th day I got 10000 hcg trigger shot at mrng 7 am and iui happened at 12th day 7pm after that she done a scan to check weither egg was ruptured she gave me progesterone suppositories   after iui we had intercourse for one day next day of iui today my 16th day not yet my period came I am not pregnant also shall I go for next iui cycle or wait till for 3 months to lose some weight we both r overweight pls suggest
