My baby is 17 days old... And m giving him formula milk also... And my milk is not sufficient for him... Right now m giving nanpro 1... But I want to chnge the formula...can I switch to lactogen 1??

if you are giving formula milk to the child you have to see that it is easily digestible for the child and is not causing more gas formation as well as colic pain.

For now you can use Nanpro or Lactogen no issues but I advice you to continue breast feeding the baby. If you continue to breast feed then only more and more milk secretion will be there.
