16 month baby have fever n cold

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My little one is suffering from fever since yesterday and cold cough from friday. I m giving calpol for fever but after giving it in 2 hours fever is coming back..n she has a running nose giving wikoryl for that. Can u pls suggest what else can we do. Thank u
