14 month male boy with vsd
Hi, my son is 14 month old now with vsd.. He was born at 33 week 1 day with:
Birth weight 1.928kg.
Current weight :8.2 kg
vsd size in 2 week : 4mm
Current vsd size: 9 mm
Symptom: asymptomatic
No symptoms, child is very active and gaining weight, no breathing issue and milestones are achieved properly.
We went to 2 doctors for opinion. One doc suggested for wait and watch since there is no symptom and no , other suggested to get operate before 18 month. we are confused wether to go for surgery now or we should wait..since child is very small and it is difficult to cooperate. Please suggest what we should do next..
