13-15w Pregnant w/IUD? HPTs inconclusive
I currently have a Mirena IUD which was placed in 2012. It has not been removed & I have been completely amenorrheic since shortly after implantation. I am concerned I may be pregnant; several home pregnancy tests have rendered both negative and faint positive results. If I am pregnant, I am 100% positive I would be 13-15 weeks along. I have an appointment with an obgyn on Thursday. I would like to know if it is possible to be in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy and have negative or inconsistent r

Yes it is possible to get pregnant with mirena as already 5yrs are completed after insertion so the effect of mirena might have decreased...it might be early pregnancy as upt is faintly positive...

Dear ,don't  get panic  but need to consult gynaecologist  . If u dont have any problem  now u can wait till Thursday but u are Getting  worried consult immediately
