At the age of 13 i got severe addiction to porn ... then once i tried rubbing my penis into bed.. then i got an addicted to this activity .. and used to do it 4-5 times a day ... at the age of 16 i almost lost erection in my penis... but still i did this ... now i'm almost 19 and completely lost my erection ... please help me out sir ... for past 2 months i've quit this habit .. but normally masturbate once or twice in a week ...i started taking good diet from past 1 month ..still i'm not seeing any change in my penis... there is no hardness in it .. amy life have become complete hell ... please help me out sir...
