Stomach is very tight and latring is very thin last 3 days but child is feeding some milk

At this age,give just 2 milk feeds,use a glass,stop breastfeeding,and give 4 solid meals,including curds and Banana. Give ors after every loose motion if watery. If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
