104+ fever every day

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am getting 104+ fever since last 5 days. I am admitted to hospital and they have done almost all test like sugar , malaria, typhoid, dengu , cbc , cultural, urine. they found infection in urine. I read online that urine infection causes fever if infection is in Kidney. The problem is I am not getting relief. Just now nurse gave me injection because fever had reached 103. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you are suffering severe UTI form like Acute Pyelonephritis Kindly do the following investigation Urine culture Blood culture CT IVU Need higher antibiotics for 2-3 week if culture come positive with ESBL
