  4. 103 fever for 7 days. Will go away.

103 fever for 7 days
7.6 year old kid has fever for more than 7 days.fever reduces after giving medicine and again comes back after 6 hours. Took blood test and no bacterial infection.electrolyte is low/off Kid had green mucus runny nose for more than 2 weeks and breathe through mouth and stuffy nose Giving Flonase spray once a day for 3 weeks. Kindly help when fever will go away.
