100+ pulse resting sign of danger?
My heartbeat at resting is 100+,minor activities makes it jump to 130 accompanying shortness of breath, little pinch like pain occurs for few seconds any tym a day. is it normal? I am b12 deficient and taking b12 shots since 2 months weekly, it was 233. not diabetes, no thyroid.  low b12 levels n low vit d(6 only) taking neuro treatment for b12. is heart rate a danger sign or normal? how serious it could be?

There can be many causes of increased resting heart rate. It can be a innocuous as Type A personality or anxiety to as serious as a major heart problem. Based on your history, it doesn’t look like a major issue. But the root cause needs to be evaluated.
