1 symptom of common cold or flu
During common cold of flu 1st symptoms started in throat the throat was feeling scratchy and pain in the throat then after 1or 2 days symptoms further elevated to nose and cause running nose and watery eyes and cough so i want to ask how to stop further growth of bacteria or viruses in throat itself.
