1 month old did not pass stool from 6 d

Hello, my 1 month old baby boy did not pass the stool for 6 days. He usually passes in 3-4 days. His feeding is going fine and stomach is soft. He is on formula plus breast milk. He was born at 34 weeks and 5 days pregnant. After 10 days he got infected and got 19 days antibiotics (merophenem). Before 4 days his antibiotics did get finished. Now he is taking zincovit and ultra d3. Thank you

Please tell details of feeding practice including the amount and frequency of feeding. Few other factors also need to be evaluated before giving any medicine as most of the constipation are due to feeding practices.
