1 inch long patch on foreskin of penis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Found this dry looking patch arising from root of my penis foreskin, the patch becomes almost invisible when my penis is erect but is visible in flaccid state, there is no itching, pain or any discomfort, it looks like loose dry skin patch only.. Should I be worried? Or is it just a strech mark.. Please advice
