Respected madam or sir im 6.1 feet tall guy 189 cm I don't know it is good or bad last 4 months ago my weight is 106 kg im obesity nd not so much active now i'm 86.kg after doing workout 1 hours everyday nd before doing workout I mostly run 30 min everyday without taking any 1 min break .in empty stomach I mostly take 2 soaked anjeer.3 almonds . 3 pistachio along with green mong sprouts and drinking soaked dry fruits water bf toned milk with oats with litle honey lunch multigrain atta 3 roti.half cup basmati brown rice with boil vegetables with litle salt salad eat beetroot carrot raw .juice beetroot carrot without salt today I run 1 yours continuesly without taking any minutes break is i'm.healthy ...running 1 hours today without taking any minutes break still that time I fell very much active fell like to run it more everyday completing 10.000 steps sir running 1 hours or 30 min is ok everyday .
