Pain in my back portion.lartine are not clear.and some problem when I will be do the toilet.so what can I do now

Hello there....., . Add fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines.. Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function....Exercise regularly... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allow yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
