Many times when my headache
starts after sometimes my ears starts paining. What is a reason and solution ??can you help pleasse?!

Usually headache associates with infection of respiratory tract, ear canal, middle ear, high blood pressure, migraine, cluster headaches, neurological cause.
In our scenario that we are talking about it might be because of reappeared suffering from cold that's associated with headache and there is a chance that the infection may pass on to ear and may get pain sometimes. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist if you have loss of hearing along with the pain.
