I have been having eye bumps since last 7-8 months. i met with several eye specialist but i am getting relief

I think u mean multiple chalazions of the eye lid. If they are long standing, then they will need surgery to be removed. Other ways are injection of steroids into the chalazions. Consult an ophthalmologist to decide on treatment.
